Made white chocolate & raspberry slice

out of Red Cross cookbook. How can I stop it going soggy/soft?? I made it last night, fine this morning but by end of day is quite soft :+(. I had some covered with gladwrap, is it "sweating" maybe?? Any suggestions please.

Yeah I wondered about that, it uses frozen raspberries. It was absolutely fine this morning until I cut it, then it was all downhill from there !!

Just like apple slice, it will generally always go softer simply because of the nature of the fruit.You can freeze it - cut as soon as cold and freeze.Each piece only takes a few minutes to defrost.

I also wondered if it would help if I thawed the raspberries first, it said frozen in the recipe but I thought there maybe less liquid if I thaw first. Other than that it is a yummy slice!
