With lasagne is there a correct or better way to layer the layers. The one I made yesterday was pretty good, 2 cheese sauce layers plus cheese sauce on top & 2 pasta tom sauce layers but I never know the order of things so its abit hit and miss. |

How do I make lasagne sauce nicely red? My sauce tastes of tomato but is still brown and I want it tomato red like the stuff sold in food halls.I add loads of tomatoes, puree, paste and tomato soup to try to get my mince a nice tomato colour.Please, what am I doing wrong! |
