Dairy-free icing? Uh-oh have suddenly realised my egg, nut and dairy-free cupcakes arent actually so! Do i replace the butter in the icing with Kremelta or am i way off! What else can i replace the butter with! Needing it to be quite a stiff icing for decorated cupcakes. |

Truffles Just made some truffles following Willie's recipe. My my they will definitely not make it to the x-mas gift baskets they are just divine!Highly recommend. Just make sure you triple the recipe if you want to give some away. |

Using unsalted butter in shortbread I have unsalted butter left over and want to make some shortbread. Recipe uses 225g of butter. Can I use it and do I need to add more salt than the 1/4 tsp in the original recipe! TIA |
