.if it's OK to freeze!My recipe has made two (yummy). Main ingredients pumpkin, cream cheese, maple syrup, sour cream, eggs & the usual spices. Many thanks!Oh & also have left-over mashed pumpkin - will that go 'watery' if I freeze (I am guessing it would!)
