google it. There are lots of suggestions on there. I have done it ages ago but can't remember how long I blanched it for. (chopped/sliced it first).I seem to remember Ifroze it on a tray, and then free flowed it into eazi seal bags. Sorry can't be more help.

We looked it up today (fed up with buying celery and chucking most of it)Wash and chop it, then freeze in ziplock bags.

If it goes limp in the fridge, rest the stalks in a cup of water, they soak up the extra moisture and go crunchy again.

Wrap the whole bunch in TinFoil before putting in the fridge. It will keep crisp for weeks.

I just chop mine and freeze in bags for adding to stews, soups etc.No blanching required.

Thanks for that 245sam. With no rain forecaster for yet another 7days i will have to start searching recipes for half grown brocolli, caulflower, carrots & parsnips. Damn drought.
