Home made spring rolls.big ones. garden courgettes, sliced in half and grilled with luvly quality olive oil. naturally dried thyme.sea salt and ground black pepper. not overdone tho.On a bed of rice with turmeric and peas mixed through. Another no brainer easy one. The rain has finished and magic hot sun. says 30.1 degrees. so I went out and tweeted with the garden and fought a few weeds.dug up 4 agria spud plants and go a BUCKET to the brim full.nice easy wash for some baked spuds later in the week.and some real bigguns. so nice long chips to come.

How's the garden this year fisher! We have such a cold spring here - have only now planted the corn and pumpkins .
