schnitzels (uncrumbed) slice in strips, add mushrooms and a good sauce to make beef stroganoff. Chicken pieces you could do the same thing, steam or poach in a mushroom and a white wine sauce., or casserole with a pkt of maggi mushroom soup. Or Italian chicken : herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram) can of tomatoes, red onion, serve with pasta, or on top of rice. You could make beef olives with the schnitzel. with the sausages you could do toad in the hole. or a sausage casserole with a mashed potato piped top, browned under the griller.

we made a DELICIOUS butter chicken last night for the first time.
1/2 Cup butter, 1 onion minced, 1 TBS minced garlic, 1 Can tomato paste, 1 Can lite unsweetened condensed milk or coconut cream (we used coconut cream) or 2 Cup cream. 1/2 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper (1/2 was spicy enough for us) 1 tsp garam masala, 680g chicken breast, 2 TBS veg oil, 2 TBS tandori masala (optional) or curry powder (we used curry powder)
Serve on rice
