hubby thinks stroganoff should be served with rice. Does this sound ok? other vegies are cauli and brussel sprouts

Doesn't Really matter does it :}I prefer mashed spuds to soak up. . but just try it both ways to see which way your family prefers. .

We have this quite often so we change it each time we eat it, rice one time, potato the next. But spud is best for soaking up the yummy sauce.

I just googled it and the first result said 'deep fried matchstick potatoes', apparently Rick Stein Food Heroes found this one! Second one said 'noodles' and the third said 'rice'.

Sour cream and mash spuds for me maybe I'll cook it again soon haven't done for a few years now I'm inspired maybe I'll get lucky next week and can do Venison stroganoff.
