Does anyone have a copy of this recipe. It has bacon and cream, (think it may have been carnation canned cream) I have lost my old copy, can't remember the quantities, I recall you added the cream in the last few mins of cooking, then I think more was added to thin while you puree'd it. it is an old recipe, probably 70s-80s. TIA

This is mine, you could add cream at the end to give it some extra texture...Leek & Potato Soup Remove 2 outer leaves from either 3 sml or 2 lge leeks, slice & fry with butter in a lge pot with 5-6 rashers of diced bacon. When leeks are softened & browned add 2-3 good sized potato’s cut into pieces. Add enough chicken stock to cover spuds, simmer until potatoes fall apart, cool, blend in blender, you will need to add more chicken stock at this stage because the potato is quite sorbent. Add back to your pot when blended till smooth, season to taste with salt, pepper and 1tsp curry powder. Reheat gently
