Cannonballs makes about 20 cannonballs. 100g soft cheese (cream cheese), 100g chopped walnuts, 100g icing sugar, 50g cocoa powder and some drinking chocolate powder.
Stir the cheese, nuts, cocoa and sugar together until well mixed.Roll the mixture into small balls, each the size of a walnut.Roll each ball in chocolate powder and put in tiny paper cases.
These are yummy and easy to make with the kids :)

Nut slice. Does anyone have a recipe for this! From what I remember it has lots of blanched peanuts, some pumpkin seeds, coconut, a few raisins and maybe some other seeds(not Birdseed Slice) and is all tied together with a lovely caramel type of mixture then with white chocolate drizzled on top. I know it is baked but I don't think it has flour in it but I could be wrong.

If anyone would like to save the pages of a thread have a page of the thread on your screen. at the top left, click on the word 'File' - then 'Save as' - a box will pop up. type the name of the thread - use the page number too if you want. ie: " Biscuit & Slice thread 1" or any other name, in the 'File name' part, and at the top of the box, click on the little down arrow at the right end of the 'Save in" box. A range of options will come up. choose where you want to save the thread to - ie. to your desktop, so you have it readily accessible. Now click on 'save' at the bottom right of the box, and your computer will take a few moments to save that page of the thread (or any internet page you want to save like this) so you have it readily accessible to read through as and when you want. Repeat for other pages in the thread. To access, go to where you've saved it, and click/double click on the name you've used, and it will open for you. Hope this helps.
