Hokey Pokey Biscuits - Bin Inn

Does anyone know how to make the Bin Inn Hokey Pokey muffin mix into hokey pokey biscuits? I bought some of the mix, but now can't find the paper with the recipe on it. I remember it said you could make biscuits...

Why don't you phone them? They should help you if not too busy. I have made them before and they are yummy but stick to tray/paper, but sorry can't remember what liquid you put in.

3 cups hokey pokey mix, 150gm soft butter, 100gm flour, 2 eggs.
1. Place mix, butter, flour and eggs in a bowl.
2. Using a mixer blend together for 1 min on slow.
3. Roll mixture into balls and place on greased baking tray.
4. Flatten slightly with the back of a fork.
5. Bake at 190 deg for about 15-20 mins.

TO MAKE GOLDRUSH BISCUITS ADD 80GM CHOCOLATE CHIPS TO THE ABOVE RECIPE....YUMMY
