here you go, i just put it all in myfood processor ALTERNATIVE BASE 170GM FLOUR 100GM BUTTER OR MARG 100GM SUGAR 1 EGG ½ TEASPOON YEAST
then press it down into the pan, if you are making a large cheesecake you will need to adjust quantities, this is enough for about a 6 inch by 6 inch pan, lining the bottom only

awesome thanks guys. would anyone know if i could mix caramel condensed milk and regular condensed milk and expect it to set in the fridge?

No. And now without the biscuit base and without cheese, it's no longer a cheesecake.
