From Ironic Cafe ODT's Ask a Chef 3 cups self-raising flour 3 cups grated cheese 4 tomatoes diced 1 cup fresh spinach leaves 3 red onions diced 2 tsp mustard powder 2 tsp curry powder 1 tsp cayenne pepper salt and pepper 2 cups milk Grease a tray, or line with baking paper. Mix the flour, flavourings and cheese in a bowl.Stir in the milk till just mixed.Turn on to a floured bench and knead briefly.Shape into a log 5cm thick, and cut into squares.Place on tray and bake at 175dC. Note:If the mix is too wet, the scones will sink, so add more flour if needed.Do not overmix or the scones will be gluggy. I forgot to add the onion to mine, but they still tasted real good!
