I found this recipe for Feijoa scones on the TVNZ website and thought it sounded intriguing - http://tvnz.co.nz/content/1752259/2527449/article.html? However, it doesn't seem right to be that it doesn't have butter. Has anyone tried this recipe, or have any advice for me? Thanks!

Thinking about it - I have seen it said in the Healthy Food Guide magazine that you can replace butter with apply puree in some instances, so perhaps the fruit does the trick?
