I bought some yellow mustard seeds by mistake - does anyone know how much difference or what difference there is between them!Needed brown.Can I just use the yellow ones!Thanks.

We use both. Think the brown ones are supposed to be spicier, but as we often combine the seeds with other spices, it doesn't seem to make a huge difference whether we use brown or yellow.

Yes. they'll taste good too.
