recipe states 1 cup liquor beef is boiled in 1/4 cup vinegar, what does this mean please.
Or does anyone have better recipe. Cheers

I slowly whisk in 1 c ofcorned beef water to the egg/sugar/flour/mustardmixture then once thickened slowly mix in up to 1/4c vinegar... ... yummm enjoy.

there is a mustard sauce recipe in the edmonds book, can do in the microwave and I chop up some onion's and add to the sauce, yummy

I realise its not for everyone but I like to just make a thin paste of colemans mustard and malt vinegar careful though its pretty strong.
