I used these in a lettuce salad recipe the other day and now I'm hooked. They are divine and Now I want to use them on other food. What do you use them on/in. I'm going to try in champagne too

Bash one over your Christmas pav, already decorated with cream and berries. But really great in salads.

I slow roast a leg of lamb, let it go nearly cold (so warm), shred it, add lettuce leaves and other assorted salady stuff, then tip over the arils. I make a dressing with oil and a touch of pomegranate molasses.
