They have a base white sauce recipe and then varying filling options.

My mum would make a basic white sauce and then add tinned smoked oysters/mussels or else baby clams in seafood sauce.
I also think mushroom is lovely with bacon
Sweetcorn, cheese and salsa
chicken and mushroom

You are welcome. I would normally have posted some for you, but there is a great selection on their site from vegetarian options, to chicken beef and lamb as well as seafood.

SHRIMP FILLING

1 SMALL TIN SHRIMPS
15G BUTTER
1 CLOVE GARLIC
¼ TSP SALT
1 TBLSP TOMATO SAUCE
1 SMALL ONION FINELY CHOPPED
1 TBLSP FLOUR
250G SOUR CREAM

SAUTE ONION & GARLIC, BLEND FLOUR & SALT IN AND ADD SOUR CREAM, SIMMER TILL THICK. ADD DRAINED SHRIMPS AND TOMATO SAUCE. PLACE IN VOL-A-VENTS
