Has to have Jack Daniels in it we need to do a sweet dish and a savoury one we think we have the savoury dish covered just need ideas for the sweet dish. For the savoury dish we are going to do a smoked rainbow trout with JD glaze served with toasted homemade foccaccia do any of you know of any other things we could add to the savoury platter that would compliment the troutas well?
