I used to make this years ago, resently saw the recipe some where now I can't find it.Think it has a cup of mashed potato in it also sultanas. Thanks for any help.

1cup mashed potato 2cups SR flour milk 1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar sultanas Beat together potato and sugar, add rest to make scone type consistency.Shape into a big round and bake 160 for about 25 minutes.When cold ice and sprinkle with coconut.
