What are the best spuds for chipping! we normally use agria but they are new at the moment and not working so well. we tried van Rosa tonight but they weren't good at all. any thoughts!

I prefer Rua or Ilam Hardy, but they don't seem to be around at the moment, so I'm using "Driver" and was pleasantly surprised as they seem to make pretty good chips.
