I have a plum tree with a gazillion plums (small red type with yellow centre) on it.I want to make a rich sauce to bottle up, especially to have with meatloaf, sausages etc.Can anybody enlighten me? thanx

Have bumped up a recipe I use made with damson plums.If you are interested or there will be more in the search area i think.
