how long does it last for please?I've just cooked some up, but won't need all of it today.Was thinking I'd make one roll today, keep the rest of the rice for tomorrow.But I've a feeling thatthe rice that goes "off" quickly?Any advice?

Rice does deteriorate quickly, but overnight should be fine.
