looking to use this on chicken. Apart from the obvious two ingredients what else should go in?

Off Google (think it's more like sauce)
Ingredients:
•About 2 ounces fresh red chiles, seeded
•1 ounce shallots, peeled
•1 ounce garlic, peeled
•1 ounce fresh ginger, peeled
•1/2 cup boiling chicken stock
•3 to 4 teaspoons lime juice
•1 teaspoon rice vinegar or malt vinegar

Try This Recipe:

Grilled Lime Chicken with Avocado Fruit Salsa

Prep and Cook = 30 minutes + marinating time
4 servings

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 Tsp salt

1 avocado, diced
1 apple, diced
2 nectarines, diced
1 Tsp lime juice
¼ red onion, finely diced
¼ tsp. salt, or more to taste

Place chicken breast strips in a flat dish with sides just large enough to hold them in a single layer. Add the lime juice, oil, sweet chilli sauce and salt, and flip chicken several times to coat well. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes turning occasionally.

In a medium serving bowl, combine avocado, apple, nectarine, lime juice, onion and salt and mix thoroughly.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook chicken breast strips for about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove from heat and serve topped with the avocado salsa.
