Has anyone got a recipe for marinating a large beef rump before roasting on the BBQ please? It has to be one with no garlic as some of the people Im cooking for are allergic to garlic. All the recipies Ive got include garlic. Thanks in anticipation.

Have a look in the "BBQ Recipes... including , , , , " thread for ideas, leave out the garlic and add more wholegrain mustard... Will bump up for you.
