Whats a nice marinade for kebabs??I did soy sauce, ginger, garlic and lemon juice, but it was too salty.Anyone got any lovely marinades that aren't too salty.

to much soy sauce..its high in salt...plum/tomatoe sauce.boss sauce,garlic,1 tsp instant coffee powder,tsp curry powder,tsp fresh chillies,(them in a glass jar).tsp ginger,diced red onion....enjoy..

What is boss sauce?? Thanks for that, I'll try that one.Yeah I know its high in salt, but I wasn't sure what else to use, it was ok, but would rather not use it again.
