I do a "sticky" marinade using soy sauce, ginger, and marmalade.Mix into a sauce consistency, season with salt and pepper and pour over the ribs.
It's delicious BBQ'd, I also use it on chicken and chunky pieces of pork strips.

Sticky Sauce Leave overnight in fridge for best results but in fridge is ok.. In a bowl, mix together..1/4 cup brown sugar..1/4 cup dark soy sauce.. 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce..1/4 cup water.. squeeze of tomato sauce..Grated fresh ginger and fine chopped garlic to taste.. Method: Pour over, mix through and leave to marinateBaste turn often then onto bbq..

bout 160-170 and turning every so often and smear a bit more marinade over... be ready around 5.30 to 6 but just keep an eye on them.. so no burny bits... put them on top of some baking paper for easier clean up....
