My Uncle used to make the best whiskey marmalade...it was orange based with either molasses or muscovado sugar and or course whiskey.Unfortunately he is no longer with us and neither is the recipe.I'd love to make some and can't find a recipe on line that doesn't specify Seville oranges. Help please.

Mmm whiskey is a good thing Marmalade is too Together, i hope they form ultimate yum! As weird as it sounds together haha.

I make whiskey marmalade.I just make my normal marmalade and when it has reached setting point I take it off the hob and pour in a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of whiskey. Always tastes nice to hubby and friends.
