Plum & Coconut cake sounds nice these plums are quite saucy would they be suitable?

Stir sugar (to taste) and custard powder through the plums and top with crumble made with oats, flour, brown sugar, chopped almonds, sesame seeds, coconut and butter. My fav!

I poach whole plums and have as a compote for breakfast.

I remember my mum stewing plums and making junket to go with them. They were yummy.
