A recipe for a coconut cream sauce to go in a pork stir-fry with leeks/mushrooms/cabbage/capsic- um... ... any ideas? ? ?

don't know how much this will help you. . but you could make a satay coconut cream sauce. . or try just adding some coconut cream to other sauces. . works well and gives things a lovely creamy taste :) try looking on the other site theres some great recipes which might lead you into an idea with the coconut cream.

Umm I'd just add coconut cream, *kara* brand is already thick, but if I were using it from a can, I would skim the thick coconut cream off the top (usually solid at this time of year - or put the can in the fridge for an hour or so first) and discard the liquid at the bottom - it's only water anyway.

thanks guys- I ended up whipping creamm and peanut butter together and mixing it in with the coconut cream it was just beautiful! ! !
