Can you freezr coconut cream

I use it a lot in cooking but never the whole tin do you think it would freeze ok, or go to watery.

I freeze coconut flavoured evaporated milk if that helps...

it goes watery unfortunately. I guess if it was used within a few weeks you may be ok. I have just bought a very small tin of cc - about 40-50ml - so that should save me the problem of too much. May be the next best option for you.

I freeze it all the tiem - just thaw in the microwave and stir to recombine - the product naturally separates on standing so wateriness is not an issue.
Also good to make frozen pina coladas if you freeze it in ice cube trays then pop in the blender with the onther ingredients

You can buy coconut cream in powder form which I find great as I can make up just the quantity I need.
