I scarcely used 50ml of coconut cream last night and thought about making cupcakes or something sweet with the remainder. My budgets pretty tight but Ive got a tin of pineapple in the pantry. Also, can coconut cream be frozen if Itake it out of the can and put it in a different container? Any help would be much appreciated.

It can be frozen . I do it often when i only use a small quantity. The big thing for me is to remember that it's in the freezer, cos I usually open another can/packet!
