A friend is giving me a dehydrator and I thought I'd dry out some tomatoes and and marinade them but I have no idea what would go in.Garlic, olive oil and then I go all blank . does anyone have a tasty recipe they would be kind enough to share!

Hi, I made oven dried tomatoes a couple of days ago and they turned out very tasty.I put a mixture of rosemary, basil, salt/black pepper, garlic and canola oil over them and cooked slowly for 7 hrs.When cooled placed in a jar with more canola oil. I guess it would work the same if you dehydrated the tomatoes first then placed the above mixture in the jars, they just wouldn't be roasted but I don't think that would matter.
