Instant Desserts! Like ice blocks

I'm not sure but you might get more responses if you add the 'instant desserts' to your heading (or just desserts if it won't fit). I would think instant pudding type desserts might separate alot when defrosted as they have a lot of air in them.

Well they're pretty cheap to buy so you won't waste much if it doesn't work

you probably can but they may separate
a better option would be yoghurt
i freeze vanilla bean yoghurt for the kids into iceblocks
it stays thick and creamy and they love it
it should have less fat and sugar than the desserts option

If you are going to be eating them as iceblocks, I don't see why not.Jelly iceblocks are fabulous - and don't drip on littlies fingers.Give them a go and see.
