Wondering if the low temperature setting on the slow cooker would be hot enough to kill any germs!Bit worried it won't be.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

I cook mine on low for about 6-8and have also cooked it on High for 3-4 ours and it has been OK both ways.

My slow cooker cooks much faster than recipes state so def. Noprobs. Pretty sure no bugs would survive a long slow stewing.

Higher temperatures kill the bugs quickly where as at lower temperatures it just takes longer. If you are worried about lower temperatures I use a sous vide machine and the piece of pork I cooked was cooked at 68C for 30 hours and was safe to eat.
