I Just processed a bunch of mint, however instead of dissolving the 6tbs of gelatine in 222 mls hot water then adding to the Vinegar/Sugar mixture I added the gelatine straight to thevinegar /sugar mix. I have not added any water. The jelly has not set, is there anything I can do or will I have to have mint sauce instead of mint jelly

well the gelatine has to be all dissolved for it to work. Suggest you heat up gently and stir well then let it set.
