Nibbles/Finger Food to eat cold?

We are going to Toast Martinborough - the hotel doesn't have cooking facilities (there is a fridge in the room) and there are no restaurants open in Martinborough on the Sunday night. What finger food can I make on the Saturday morning to take with us to eat either cold, or at room temperature, on the Sunday night. I was thinking courgette/feta/mint or corn fritters with a dipping sauce. and ! Grateful for your ideas.

Or if you have the space an electric fry pan.
Cold nibbles, pate & french stick, with an anti pasto platter. Or a ploughmans style platter.
Ingredients for a hearty salad, could be a ceasar style or a smoked chicken one.

A Spanish tortilla: eggs, onion, potato, plus smoked salmon if you like it.
