have to make a banana cake on wednesday,is there a quick way to ripen them. the supermarkets haven't got any cooking ones thanks

Put them in the freezer, I always use banana's from the freeezer for my banana cakes, makes them much sweeter and smooth

I'd sit them in the sun. If they're firm cake won't be mosit.
