Bananas i have heaps of ripe ones please

can someone tell me wht to do wht thm, im not a good baker so something easy would be great, also mirowave cake would b good... ... thanks

Chop them into chunks, freeze in a plastic bag ... throw them in the food processor when frozen and blitz until you have banana 'ice cream'. Needs to be eaten immediately. I sometimes add a tiny bit of rice milk to loosen it up when blitzing, but regular milk (or cream) can be added. But just a splash, you're not making a smoothie ! :-)

Cut them in half, put a popsicle stick in the cut end and freeze. Tastes just like icecream. You can dip them in lemon juice and roll them in chopped nuts first if you like.

Edited to add:If you're anxious about baking, why not try banana muffins? Muffins are easy and it's practically impossible to have a muffin failure.
