Freezing frittatas - cooked or uncooked?

It's drizzly out so I thought I'd do something constructive for a change and make up some frittatas - cooked pumpkin, spinach, feta, ham, eggs and cream -and freeze them in 2-portion size baking dishes. My question is, should I freeze them cooked or uncooked! My feeling is that uncooked is better, as I have thawed cooked eggy dishes in the past and they can be watery.Has anyone frozen uncooked quiches and frittatas! What was the result!

Have only frozen them after cooked and yes, they were horrible, very watery once thawed.

I'm not sure if uncooked would work either.you could try a little one egg frittatta as a test, thaw and cook and see!

Bumping this up to report that I've experimented and yes, you can freeze an uncooked frittata. I froze one for a few days and let it thaw partially before I cooked it and it turned out fine. A useful thing to know!
