I have apan advertised as non stick stoneware.very expensive, I think it cost $180 , 5 yrs ago, and was fine for first year, now things stick to it unless I use non stick spray. I have lost the reciept for the pan so cant send it back with its guarantee, but wouldnt recommend that type. Usually advertised on informercials. I only ever washed it with hot water, too.

Im another big Circulon fan.It cooks great, can be used on all stove tops and can go into the oven as well.Ive got a deep fry pan, 2 different sized normal fry pans, a couple of pots and the roasting dish with the rack.everyone LOVES my roasting dish. The bakeware is also great

Cheifs toolbox. I think that's what it's called! I bought a pan that is a combination, casserole/dutchoven/frypan/any-
thing else you can think of.And after 6 months of using it nearly everyday I still love it.On the oven (got ceramic here after normal at the old house), in the oven.
