Put it in a pot with four large rocks and water, simmer for 4 hours, throw away the swan and eat the rocks.

don`t have a problem with eating my lambs or veal or my ducks but swans why when their so many other farmed animals to eat ! each to their own aye!

told my hubby about this thread last night-and he said when he was boy they used to have swan casserole and it was beautiful,i still reckon it would be gross,lol.
