Jo Seagars beetroot relish is very nice especially with cheese. Yum

We eat it just boiled. It's so sweet. Lovely. No salad complete without it! Goes really well with feta.

I've been doing a beetroot relish to go on burgers and it's great.I'm not growing it so I use one can (processed in blender), 1 c brown sugar, zest of 1 orange and 1 c vinegar and cook until reduced to a thick chutney.So nice with lean burger pattie, lettuce, cheese and gherkin or tomato.

Yum Fisher ! thanks for the spiced vinegar recipe, alwaysdo mine thecommon oldmalt vinegar way, wish the beetroot would hurry up and grow now lol, you haven't got a recipe for beetroot and date chutney have ya! lost mine and it was yummy.
