I make pavalova rolls and freeze them all the time, the longest I had one in there was one month (only cos it was hidden well! lol)

They can be used straight from the freezer too - they don't freeze hard due to the sugar content.

Mine was in there uncreamed for 3 months. 3 months of carefully lifting it and moving stuff around it waiting until we had an occasion to use it. I didn't have a large enough container so sat it on a spare baking tray wrapped in foil. Pleased when I finally pulled it out last week,still intact and delicious. The worst part of keeping it so long was trying to avoid other stuff knocking it and breaking it.(some of the crunchy sides were a bit broken)
