Can you freeze parsley

Bought some yesterday for a recipe, got a lot left over, can you freeze it?

For sure. In fact you SHOULD freeze parsley. Fresh is good but once dried it loses all it's flavour. Frozen though, it keeps it.
I chop it first then freeze, just grab a bunch as required.

Yea I'm sure you can, I'd be inclined to chop it first though

FIll a ziplock bag with fresh breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and grated cheese mixed. Instant topping from your freezer for savoury dishes. A similar tip: Do another ziplock bag of your favourite fruit crumble topping. Invaluable during the winter for meals in a hurry!
