hi having a cupboard clean out....does anyone know how long tinned baby beets would last? have been in there at least a year - can't see a date stamp

Beets are pickled in brine so should be okay. As long as there is no damage to the can.

Tinned items don't "expire" as such, but throw away any corroded or rusted cans and those that are dented. After too long the contents can take on a very metallic taste, which isn't pleasant. Hope this helps
