Am cooking a whole pork fillet tonight. What is your favourite veges etc to serve with this

Honeyed carrots with toasted sesame seed sprinkling. . apple sauce with pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. . steamed pak choi and baby jersey bennies cut in half and cooked till just tender, both smothered with a garlic/parsley butter sauce. .

Hmm, I'd make half slices down the fillet, fill the pockets with sliced beans, capsicum onions and zucchini then cover and bake whole and serve with a yummy sauce.
