Has anyone got the recipe from NZ Master Chef of Steves Eye Fillet Steak with Chives?

Not sure who did this recipe, but if you click on the link, you'll be able to see what it looks like. It's not chives, though, but taragon. http://tvnz.co.nz/masterchef-new-zealand/episode-5-peppered- eye-fillet-3383320
