I have a whole pork fillet, suggestions on cooking whole or sliced would be appreciated.

Hi- I wrap my pork fillet in bacon and cook quickly in oven on high heat- depending on the size it can cook pretty fast and can get dry if over cooked.

I often just slice it, brush with oil and sprinkle Cajun or Moroccan seasoning on it and pop on the ridge pan. Cook quickly turn once.

Cooking Pork FILLET 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, baste the fillet with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. 2. Heat a heavy-based fry pan and sear the fillet for 2 minutes on each side. 3. Place in a roasting dish and roast 8-10 minutes. 4. Rest for 3 minutes then carve across the grain and serve.
