Do you like Piccalily? One of the recipes I have for that uses green tomatoes, as well as cauliflower, onion, green beans (or capsicum) and courgette/marrow. I'm not a huge fan, but have made this one this year and am converted! Good for using cheap ingredients and making something yummy out of them...
